The A1200 HDD LED adapter provides 2 separate inputs to shows the activity of external IDE controllers (or even the PCMCIA port) through original LED module of the Amiga 1200.
As an owner of an expansion card with its own storage connector (e.g. in PiStorm, Vampire, Icedrake, etc.), you face the problem that displaying the operation of the device via LED activity on the Amiga 1200 is not possible.
The solution to this problem is the HDD LED adapter for the Amiga 1200, which provides 2 separate inputs. This allows the activity of, for example, hard drives or the PCMCIA port to be displayed using the original LED module on the Amiga panel.
The signals for the internal HDD and DISK are transmitted unchanged. The adapter also fix the "continuous LED illumination" issue that can occur with some SD or CompactFlash cards.
As a bonus, there are also LEDs on the module to show floppy and HDD activity. This can be particularly useful when the Amiga 1200 is operated without the original keyboard.
The Amiga 1200 HDD LED Adapter is the world's first and only adapter to offer these features in one module.

• Two separate input signals (via HDD LED or DISK LED)
• Additionals on-board leds
• Fix the continuous light issues with CF cards

• A = HDD input - (output via HDD LED)
• B = HDD input - (output via DISK LED)
