Sky Shapers – Big Box Edition
Sky Shapers is a vertical scrolling shoot 'em up developed by the Norwegian team Digilicious Nibbles for Amiga computers with the AGA chipset.
Featuring handcrafted pixel art, smooth 50 FPS gameplay, two layers of parallax scrolling and an original post-apocalyptic setting, Sky Shapers delivers a challenging arcade experience with a wide variety of enemies, weapon upgrades and boss battles.
The story
A mission to Mars has brought a deadly virus to Earth, wiping out all insects and threatening the planet's food supply. To prevent a global catastrophe, humanity created robotic pollinators known as Sky Shapers.
But the virus evolved, turning these machines against their creators.
With humanity gone, a hawk named Tycho becomes Earth's last hope. Carrying the cure developed by his late owner, a scientist, Tycho must battle the infected machines, reach the last remaining seed vault and restore life to the planet.
